A fatal accident has occurred in France in which the pilot fell out
of his harness following the failure of the stitching on the harness
leg straps.

The harness was manufactured by FUN-2-FLY of South-Africa.

All pilots are reminded of the nedd to carefully check the harness
as part of their Daily inspection.

Owners of FUN-2-FLY harnesses should contact a BHPA Technical Officer 
for further advice.

Un accident mortel c'est produit en France ou un pilote
est tombé de son harnais suite à la rupture des deux sangles
de cuissards

Le harnais était fabriqué par FUN-2-FLY, Afrique-du-Sud.

Il est rappelé aux pilotes que la vérification du harnais
fait partie intégrante de la visite prévol.

Les propriétaire de harnais FUN-2-FLY doivent impérativement 
contacter un technicien de maintenance.
